Charles and Katherine Hover
and their Magic Lantern Show:

Cliff and Carol Woolman are a delightful couple who portray the Hovers, a prominent Longmont couple who designed and built beloved Hoverhome and Farmstead at 1309 Hover Rd in the early 1900s. In first person as the Hovers, and with pictures, they share stories of the Hovers' family life and development of this agricultural landmark. This program is available for social clubs, civic and service groups, senior centers, and any other interested parties for a donation of $50 to SVHS. To schedule a performance for your group or event  please call the SVHS office.

Judge Robert and Lillian Kerr:

The Woolmans also portray the Kerrs, early Colorado residents of Colorado Springs. Lillian was a suffragette and worked on a national level for the passage of the 19th amendment. This program tells the moving story of this significant Colorado woman, and her successful fight for equality and the right to vote. This 40 minute program is available for interested groups of all sizes, for a donation of $50 to SVHS. To schedule an appearance for your club or organization please call the Society office.
